Possessing almost two decades of hands-on clinical experience, Talayna specializes in orthopedic physical and manual therapy, movement assessments, and corrective exercise programs. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a Master’s in Physical Therapy, has been a licensed massage therapist over 20 years, and started in personal training in 2004. Talayna’s journey into physical therapy is deeply rooted in her passion for movement, performance, and injury prevention. Before earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she spent years competing at the highest levels of fitness, earning the title of 3rd Fittest Woman in the World at the 2012 CrossFit Games.
